DAG Expands Leadership Team to Support the Operational Complexity of Digital Asset Wealth Management
DAG has added three senior executives to expand its leadership team, helping individual investors and registered investment advisers manage digital asset portfolios, compliance, and custody.

Most investors with significant digital asset holdings used to face a coordination problem.
Their estate attorney understood traditional planning, but not how to structure language around multi-signature wallets. Their tax advisor could navigate complex filings but lacked familiarity with the taxable events associated with decentralized finance. Their crypto assets often sat idle on exchanges, disconnected from broader wealth-management strategies. Each advisor played an important role, but no one was responsible for connecting the full picture.
That gap no longer needs to exist.
DAG was built to solve this challenge by bringing together the expertise required to manage digital wealth holistically. Rather than relying on fragmented providers, clients gain access to an integrated approach that spans investment strategy, custody, tax planning, estate structuring, and asset protection - all coordinated through a single, experienced team.
Today, DAG is expanding its capacity to realize its vision with the appointment of three senior executives to its leadership team. Each brings deep roots in traditional finance alongside hands-on digital asset expertise, strengthening the firm’s ability to drive continued innovation while scaling operational excellence to meet growing client demand.
Louis Hsu, Chief Investment Officer, DAG Wealth
Louis arrives with institutional credentials that few in the digital asset space can match. As the former SVP of Portfolio Management and Trading at Grayscale Investments, and previously VP at BlackRock and Franklin Templeton, he managed multi-asset ETF portfolios across developed and emerging markets. At DAG, he brings that same disciplined, framework-driven approach to digital asset allocation, treating crypto as an asset class that deserves rigorous portfolio construction and ongoing oversight.
Kristen Mirabella - Chief Product and Strategy Officer
Kristen has spent the majority of her career expanding access to digital assets across the globe, working at the intersection of wealth management and emerging financial technologies at Goldman Sachs and Gemini. As Chief Product and Strategy Officer, she will build and scale institutional-grade digital asset solutions and platform strategy, working to close the gap that her career has been spent identifying.
Cynthia Jackson - Chief Compliance Officer
Cynthia is an accomplished regulatory leader with over 25 years of experience across RIAs, traditional banking, broker-dealers, and emerging digital finance. Previously a Senior Digital Asset Product Manager at U.S. Bank, and throughout her tenure at LPL Financial, she has developed regulatory frameworks for tokenized assets and addressed the complexities of blockchain technology. At DAG, she will align the firm's compliance standards with evolving regulatory requirements, ensuring clients are covered and positioned for long-term success as digital finance continues to mature.
If you've been managing your own crypto or want to incorporate digital assets into your wealth management strategies, we’ve built this team for you.
If you’re an RIA, we’ve built this team for you. Most RIAs know their clients need digital asset exposure. The problem isn't interest, but everything that comes with it: compliance, custody, operations, and reporting. Building that out from scratch isn't realistic for most firms, and getting it wrong isn't an option.
Our plug-and-play infrastructure makes us the ideal partner for other RIAs to offer digital asset services to their existing clients, without building their own custody, compliance, or operational frameworks
Clients get access to a trusted, institutional-grade digital asset platform, and advisors get a partner who's already done the hard work of building it.
