Digital Ascension Group Launches Institutional Bitcoin SMA Platform

Startup team reviewing funding presentation

MIAMI, FL, JUNE 9, 2026, Digital Ascension Group ("DAG"), a multi-disciplinary wealth advisory firm serving private clients, family offices, and institutions, today announced the launch of its Institutional Bitcoin SMA platform.

The new platform pairs direct, client-owned bitcoin with qualified custody and institutional-grade reporting, removing the operational frictions that have historically kept allocators on the sidelines.

A purpose-built structure for allocators

Unlike pooled vehicles, the DAG Institutional Bitcoin SMA places bitcoin directly in the client's name at a qualified custodian-2)-2)-2). Advisors retain discretion, performance is reported on the same statements as traditional assets, and clients keep beneficial ownership of the underlying asset at all times.

Key features

  • Direct, client-owned bitcoin held at a qualified custodian
  • Daily NAV and performance reporting alongside traditional portfolios
  • Tax-lot level reporting and 1099 support
  • Optional yield, lending, and tax-loss harvesting overlays
  • White-glove onboarding for RIAs and family offices

Availability

The Institutional Bitcoin SMA is available immediately to qualified RIAs, family offices, and institutional allocators. Minimums and fee schedules are available on request.
