Tish Troutman

She came to investment advising from an extensive background in human resources, sales, consulting, and business management, where she saw the profound impact of financial decisions, and she is driven by a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Before joining DAG Wealth she was a financial advisor at a century-old firm delivering holistic investment, retirement, estate, tax, and risk-management planning, and earlier spent more than a decade as a business consultant leading client portfolios across healthcare, technology, and pharmaceuticals, where she was recognized with eWomen Network's "Women to Watch" award. She takes her fiduciary role seriously and aims to deliver forward-thinking, fully personalized plans that close the gaps she often sees in clients' overall strategies. Shaped early by faith, family, and hard work, she approaches every client relationship with gratitude and intention. Outside of work she treasures time with her family on the boat, travel, music, and sports, and is an avid college football fan. She lives in Dallas, Texas.
