Erin Friez

Erin Friez is the CEO of Digital Ascension Group, where she oversees operational excellence across the company's expanding fintech and digital-asset ecosystem. She also serves as President and Chairman of DAG Wealth, a SEC-registered investment advisory firm delivering digital asset strategies to wealth managers and institutional investors. A blockchain attorney with 15+ years of experience at the intersection of law, finance, and crypto, Friez has spent her career helping major institutions understand digital assets and invest in them responsibly. She previously worked at the London Stock Exchange Group, where she contributed to the development of FTSE Russell's crypto index products, and at PNC Asset Management, one of the nation's largest regional banks, where she led initiatives to allow clients to begin investing in the space. Friez also co-founded Digital Asset Research (DAR), a crypto data provider, where she established partnerships with Bloomberg, Chainlink, and FTSE Russell and developed a methodology for distinguishing genuine trading activity from market manipulation, work that has been referenced in regulatory discussion of virtual-currency listings. Prior to DAR, she led digital assets and legal at YieldX through its acquisition by FNZ Group.
