Carly DeBrow

Head of HR

Carly DeBrow leads Human Resources at DAG. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, she was drawn to HR by a love of the people side of the work and the connections it allows her to build. Her path has been varied: she taught fourth grade, did administrative work, and ran her own dog-treat business before finding her home in HR, developing strengths in communicating with all kinds of people, active listening, and patience. Her father, a hard worker, instilled in her the importance of showing up fully in every part of life, especially at work. Outside the office she volunteers at her local animal shelter, taking dogs out for field days and spending time with the cats, and she is an avid reader who loves talking books with friends. She lives in Salt Lake City.
